Alihan Gençer
Since my high school years in 2011, I have been involved in various fields of filmmaking. After working as a cameraman in live broadcast surgeries, concerts, volleyball matches and studio programs, I met Siu Digital in 2014 and my career evolved into cinematography with the work I did here.

In 2010, I started my vocational education in the Radio and Television Programming Department of Ankara Anatolian Communication Vocational High School . By joining the management team of the studio within the school, I had the opportunity to experience cameras, editing computers and studio directors at a very early age. I have always been happy to have chosen a vocational high school, which has formed the basis of my continuing education until today.
During the years of my high school education, I worked as a freelance cameraman in many different concepts. News, concerts, surgery, rallies, congresses, volleyball matches are some of them. In the last year of high school, I worked as a sound operator and program director in some programs at Duru TV , a local television channel. My journey here was short-lived as the canal could not reach its intended destination.
Later that year, I took a step that would be the turning point of my life and met Siu Digital . Thanks to my director, Gürkan Ertek , I learned much more of what I learned in the past 4 years in a very short time.
While working at Siu Digital, I continued the academic part of my Radio, Television and Cinema education in Associate Degree at Kırıkkale University and Undergraduate Program at Gazi University .
Siu Digital , which I stepped into for the first time in 2014, has undergone great changes over the years and I have been able to experience different film genres every year. This process brought me from cameraman to director of photography and post-production supervisor . I continue my duty at Siu Digital , where we have produced promotional films, short films, television commercials, music clips, web series and documentary series .
